Colours

Black, Blue, Brown, Charcoal, Green, Grey, Red, Terracotta, White, Yellow. The sealant can be tinted in the colour of your roof on request.

Uses

The product is ideal for waterproofing coating for ponds, roofs, cement, concrete and various plastered areas. It may also be used with membrane to seal cracked PVC pipes, steel pipes, cracked walls, parapets, flashings and roof/ridging.

Features

Excellent flexibility, allowing it to expand over cracked surfaces. Excellent UV-resistance and all weather elements. Hazardous free and excellent for ponds, leaking pools and water reservoirs.

Surface Preparation

Ensure all surfaces are algae and grease free. Do not use on wet surfaces. Can be applied in all temperatures.

Coverage

Spread Rate varies: 2-3m² per litre with membrane. 4-5m² per litre without membrane. 2 Coat application but for a thicker finish 3 coats will be sufficient.

Application

Apply wearing gloves. Apply using a brush or roller as well as a spray gun. Allow drying between coats. Applied in a 2 coat application.

Cleaning

Hands and equipment are easily cleaned in water while still wet. Clean spills with a suitable absorbent material.

Safety Precautions

Skin contact: Wash with soap and water. Eye contact: Flush with water 5-10 minutes and contact a physician. Not for internal consumption.
